After the last eclipse of the season in late August, the powerful life-changing Lions Gate, and the astrological energies of the summer, we are in a time of deep reset. This teleclss will be used to come into a deep centered place of stillness within to settle deeper into what is new within us as we head into the fall and a new pace of life.

Wherever we are in our lives, taking time to get silent and present allows us to release, open, and expand into the next expression of being within us. As we move out of the fiery energy of Leo, into the more grounded earth sign of Virgo, life is shifting into a new rhythm.

By relaxing into the internal cranial rhythm within our being, it will allow us to expand into the rhythm of the Cosmos, opening us to the higher dimensions of the soul. As we allow ourselves to become relaxed, open and present enough to feel this internal rhythm within our being, it allows us to expand into the greater pulse and rhythm of creation. 

This gives us the opportunity to reset our being to what is new – releasing what is old – and coming into a deeper resonance with who we truly are at our essence. By learning how to feel this cosmic rhythm and letting go to it from deep within our physical body and consciousness we learn how to renew our being whenever needed.

We will be joined and supported by the Masters of Light, and held in the fluid rhythm and light of Creation, to help reset our being into the new frequencies that await each of us.
